My name is Jeannette Ortega.  I was born and raised in a small town in Nebraska.  I moved to Colorado to complete my degree at the University of Northern Colorado.  I received a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. Before coming to Colorado West Christian School, I worked for Montrose County School District.  In my nine years with the school district, I held a variety of positions. Along with my experience at the school district, I have spent 7 years tutoring students who are not to grade level or have dyslexia.  I am married with two beautiful daughters.  We enjoy spending time outside in the mountains and on the lake with our dogs.
