Hello! My name is Olivia Helfer, and I have the privilege of teaching middle school science. After graduating from Grove City College with a BS in Biology, I went on to complete my Masters of Library Science in Buffalo, NY. I worked in hospital libraries for a little under 10 years and then decided to move to be with family. Thanks to the encouragement of family and those at my church, I felt God opened the door for me to join the team at CWCS. I have enjoyed getting to know the students and sharing the wonders of science with them from a Christ-centered perspective. Outside of teaching, I enjoy traveling with friends and family, reading, and soaking up the views on walks in the surrounding area.
